KALAMAZOO, USA; 29 FEBRUARY, 2024 – Harmony (harmony.co) proudly unveils a new addition to its Reissue Series, the Harmony H62. Past Reissue releases include the H72 guitar and the 8418 amplifier. The new Harmony H62 Reissue revives the iconic design in celebration of Harmony’s rich musical history.
Today, the Harmony H62 Reissue is built better than ever, the H62 recreates the same tones from the ’50s with its fully hollow construction. The model is powered by Harmony-designed pickups, delivering beautifully warm and articulate cleans. The inlaid logo, fleur-de-lis motif on the headstock, and bakelite knobs are meticulously reproduced to stay true to the original design. Spec’d to fit the needs of today’s player, the Reissue H62 gives players and fans the opportunity to experience the vintage Harmony look and tone with a modern feel.
David Nam Le, General Manager at Vista Musical Instruments, states, “We have successfully launched modern guitars like the Comet and our recently released Jupiter Thinline. While respecting the beloved history of Harmony, the classic appeal and essence of the Harmony H62 is still deeply cherished. We take immense pride in reintroducing this iconic model to join our Reissue Series. The new Harmony H62 Reissue is not only a nod to Harmony’s rich design history but also a step toward building the brand further.”
